The Loyola Marymount men's and women's cross country teams will once again begin their season at the Mark Covert Classic.

Craig Pintens, a proven athletic administrator with leadership experience at national championship-winning programs, will be the next athletic director at Loyola Marymount University, President Timothy Law Snyder, Ph.D., announced today.

Golf's Riley Elmes and softball's Hannah Bandimere highlighted the 2018 Lions Athletic Fund Iggy Awards by taking home Male and Female Athlete of the Year, respectively, on Monday, April 23rd from the Westin Los Angeles Airport.

LMU Athletics Director Bill Husak released a letter on Wednesday announcing that he plans to retire in July. Husak has served as Athletics Director for the last 20 years, guiding LMU to some of its greatest successes. He plans to retire on July 27, 2018.
